PIVOT协议是一个后面的人给前面的人分钱的庞氏机制，但是前面的人被协议限制了代币没有抛售的权限，所以主要解决了其他金融协议容易导致崩盘的问题。后来者获得了更多的信息对称，从而可以吸引到更多的地风险偏好者参与。
PIVOT旨在探索有可持续性的第四类经济模式，填补最后一个模式空缺。用价格估值的信号，积极调动市场的资源。

As a general rule, the longer a man's fame is likely to last, the later it will be in coming; for all excellent products require time for their development.
